What Information We Collect and Why

When you book a service call or send us a message, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the campground or storage facility where your RV is parked, the city and county you are in, your RV class and manufacturer, a description of the problem you are experiencing, and any photos you send us. We collect this because our technicians need it to stock the correct parts before the truck rolls - a call about an Onan generator on a Class A motorhome in Lakeland gets different prep than a call about a Dometic AC on a travel trailer in Coral Gables.

When you visit coasttocoastrvrepair.com, our hosting provider and analytics tools may log standard web data: the page you visited, how long you stayed, the referring URL, and broad device information such as screen size and browser type. RV Location Data

Because we are a mobile operation, your RV's physical location - campground name, lot number, storage facility address, or home address - is a core part of every service record. We treat this data as sensitive. It is not shared outside our dispatch team, it is not used for any marketing purpose, and it is not disclosed to any third party. Campground and storage facility operators may be contacted to coordinate access for our service truck, and that contact includes only the information necessary to clear access (typically a tech name, arrival window, and the customer's site number).

We retain service records for the duration required by Florida business law and to honor our labor warranty.
